The Cyber Civilization Research Center ( https://www.ccrc.keio.ac.jp ) views the coming information society as the advent of a new civilization. We are soliciting short essays in English (3000 words or less) from undergraduate students on topics such as its potential, issues to be considered, and the interaction between technology and society.
