Overview :
DAOs (Decentralized Autonomous Organizations), as business vehicles on the blockchain, hold the potential to transform business and society at various levels.
However, when considering the potential for the further adoption of DAOs, the biggest issue is the lack of a clear legal framework.
This session will clarify the characteristics of DAO governance and discuss legal challenges and potential solutions, using materials such as COALA's The DAO Model Law and the Wyoming DAO initiatives.
