2019 Endowed Course
Leadership Endowed Course: Fundamentals of Leadership
In the 21st century, humanity has built a prosperous society through globalization and technological innovation. On the other hand, the problems spreading throughout society have become more complex, and there is a need for individuals who can solve them. In Japan, in particular, problems are piling up due to factors such as the declining birthrate and aging population, and delays in responding to globalization. In such a society, there is a demand for leaders who can guide people to solve problems that have no single correct answer.
In this course, we will welcome guest lecturers who have been involved in leadership education in various countries around the world. Through lectures based on dialogue among students, we aim to systematically study global leadership and thereby cultivate the human resources necessary for the society of the future.
