Leadership Endowed Course: Fundamentals of Leadership
In the 21st century, humanity has built a prosperous society through globalization and technological innovation. On the other hand, the problems spreading throughout society have become more complex, and there is a need for individuals who can solve these problems. In Japan, in particular, problems are piling up due to factors such as the declining birthrate and aging population, and delays in responding to globalization. In such a society, leaders are needed to guide people in solving problems that have no single correct answer. This course aims to cultivate the human resources necessary for the future society by inviting guest lecturers who have been involved in leadership education around the world, and by systematically learning about global leadership through lectures based on dialogue among students.
