Institute for Information Industry (III), Institute for National Defense and Security Research (INDSR), International College of Innovation at National Chengchi University, and National Chung Hsing University: Taipei and Taichung (Taiwan), April 2019

On April 18 and 19, David Farber (Professor / Distinguished Professor, Keio University; Co-Director of the Cyber Civilization Research Center [CCRC]), Tatsuhiro Tsuchiya (Deputy Director of KGRI; Professor at the Graduate School of Media and Governance), Tobias Burgers (Project Assistant Professor at KGRI), and Hei-Yui Wong (staff member at the CCRC) visited Taipei and Taichung to participate in workshops, present their research, and exchange opinions.

Through the workshops, they agreed to make efforts to secure funding to conduct joint research on themes such as (1) Japan-Taiwan cybersecurity Track 2 dialogue, (2) election interference, and (3) deterrence of escalation in cyberattacks.
