On January 25, Motohiro Tsuchiya (Professor, Graduate School of Media and Governance) and five others visited The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and exchanged views with researchers based in Hong Kong on security in Japan and Asia.

They agreed to consider holding public symposiums and seminars in Tokyo or Hong Kong in the future. It was also agreed to actively consider inviting them to Keio University as co-supervisors, with the prospect of co-authoring papers.
