Although Keio University has promoted the medical-engineering cooperation, the promotion acceleration speed in Grenoble is extremely high. In order to enhance the international collaboration, the comprehensive MoU is required between the whole Keio and the whole institutions in Grenoble. The first MoU between Faculty of Science and Technology and CEA (Commissariat à l'Énergie Atomique et aux Énergies Alternatives) was exchanged on 22 September 2014 and expire in five years, thus the comprehensive MoU should be exchanged in early 2019. In fact the French Embassy in Tokyo would like to further strengthen friendly the relationship between Keio University and France. Therefore Keio University should encourage closer collaboration not only the whole institutions in Grenoble, but also the French Embassy in Tokyo.
