On April 18th and 19th, 2019, Dr. David J. Farber, Co-chair of Keio University Cyber Civlization Research Center, Dr. Motohiro Tsuchiya, Deputy Director of KGRI and Professor at Keio University Graduate School of Media and Governance, Mr. Tobias Burgers, Project Assistant Professor at KGRI, and Cherry Wong, Staff member visited Taipei and Taichung in Taiwan to join workshops and gave talks on their researches and exchanged views with Taiwan scholars.

Through workshops, participants agreed to make efforts to secure funding for joint-research projects on (1) Japan-Taiwan Cyber Security Track 2 Dialogue, (2) Election Interference, and (3) Escalation Deterrence of Cyber Attacks.
