On the morning of Tuesday, March 6, 2018, Motohiro Tsuchiya (Professor, Graduate School of Media and Governance) and three other Keio delegates visited the Hudson Institute to conduct reports and engage in an exchange of opinions.

* Michito Tsuruoka, Associate Professor, Faculty of Policy Management
Professor Nakayama's report discussed Japan-US relations from the Obama era through to the Trump administration, while Associate Professor Tsuruoka discussed Japan-EU and Japan-US relations. Professor Soeya's report gave a historical view of Japan-US relations while also discussing ongoing imperatives.
In addition to researchers from Hudson Institute, external guests were invited and Japan-US relations and Asia under the Trump administration were discussed.
At the end of the session, a meeting on ongoing prospects was held, with all agreeing to a proposal for presentations from graduate school students starting from the forthcoming academic year.
