The Intellectual Property Division of the Office of Innovation and Entrepreneurship conducts educational and support activities for the creation of intellectual property from the research outcomes of Keio University. It also secures appropriate rights for the created intellectual property and handles its maintenance, management, and utilization (technology transfer). In collaboration with the Startup Division and the Strategic Planning Office, the division works to implement research outcomes in society while striving to maximize their value as intellectual property.
