About keio.jp IDs and Passwords

keio.jp authentication is a common authentication service managed and operated by Keio University. Keio Information Technology Centers (KIC) handle related operations and support. By using a Keio ID and password, you can access various authenticated services from both on and off campus.

You must perform "activation" using an "activation key" issued by Keio Information Technology Centers (KIC) to obtain a Keio ID and password.

If you have been issued a Keio ID by the Juku in the past, you may be able to continue using it. In that case, please contact Keio Information Technology Centers (KIC).

Issuance of Activation Keys

When you join Keio University, Keio Information Technology Centers (KIC) issue an activation key to each of the following individuals.

Full-time faculty and staff
Part-time staff, such as temporary employees and student workers
Graduate students

The distribution method for activation keys varies depending on the type of user, such as faculty, staff, or student.
