The 137th seminar will be held in a hybrid format (Zoom Webinar / On-site: Hyatt Regency Tokyo, B1F Momoyama). Prior registration is required, so please check the details below and apply as soon as possible.
Additionally, an information exchange session will be held at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo after the seminar. We look forward to your attendance.

【Precautions for On-site Participation】
The following individuals are requested to refrain from attending in person.
Those with symptoms such as fever (1°C higher than normal or 37.5°C or higher), cough, difficulty breathing, general malaise, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, abnormalities in taste or smell, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.

Application Method
* For this event, participation is limited to the following individuals. We may decline participation for those who do not meet these criteria.
Physicians belonging to the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University affiliated or referral hospitals, and Tokyo District Medical Associations.
* Application Deadline: Sunday, October 19, 2025. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close once capacity is reached.

After registration, the secretariat will send the Zoom viewing URL within one week. Registration is complete upon receipt of the Zoom viewing URL.

For those who participate in the seminar, the Keio Medical Association will register the attendance record (Web) for the Japan Medical Association Lifelong Education Program. Registration is only for those who request it, so please apply here if you wish to be registered. The secretariat will register your record after confirming your attendance history.
