We are pleased to announce the 136th Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Seminar.
The 136th seminar will be held in a hybrid format (Zoom webinar / in-person at the Kitasato Hall on the 2nd floor of the Kitasato Memorial Medical Library, Shinanomachi Campus, Keio University). Advance registration is required. Please review the information below and register as soon as possible.

[Precautions for In-Person Attendance]
We ask that individuals with the following conditions refrain from attending in person.
Those experiencing symptoms such as fever (1°C or more above normal, or 37.5°C or higher), cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, loss of taste or smell, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.

How to Register
* Please note that participation in this event is limited to the individuals listed below. We may have to decline applications from those who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University-affiliated and referral hospitals, and Tokyo Metropolitan Area Medical Associations.
* Registration Deadline: Sunday, June 15, 2025. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.

[Issuance of Japan Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Program Certificate of Participation]
For in-person attendees, a paper certificate of participation will be distributed at the venue after the seminar concludes.
For those attending via Zoom webinar, a paper certificate of participation will be mailed upon request after the administrative office has confirmed your attendance history.
