The 135th Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Seminar will be held.
The 135th seminar will be held in a hybrid format (via Zoom webinar and in person at the Kujaku-no-ma Room on the 2nd floor of the East Wing of Meiji Kinenkan). As prior registration is required, please review the information below and register as soon as possible.
[About the Information Exchange Session (Standing Buffet Reception)]
After the seminar, an information exchange session (standing buffet reception) will be held.
Those who register for in-person attendance are requested to indicate whether they will attend the reception when registering.
Location: Wakatake-no-ma Room, 1st floor, Main Building, Meiji Kinenkan*

Time: After the seminar until approx. 8:00 p.m. (tentative)

[Notes for In-Person Attendance]
Individuals with the following conditions are requested to refrain from attending in person.
Those with symptoms such as fever (1°C or more above normal, or 37.5°C or higher), cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, loss of taste or smell, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, or nausea/vomiting.

How to Register
*Please note that participation in this event is limited to the individuals listed below. We may have to decline registration from those who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University-affiliated and referral hospitals, and Tokyo metropolitan area medical associations.
*Registration Deadline: Sunday, February 16, 2025. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.

After registration, the administrative office will send you the Zoom viewing URL within one week. Your registration is complete upon receipt of the Zoom viewing URL.

Other Information
[Regarding the Issuance of a Certificate of Participation for the Japan Medical Association Continuing Medical Education System]
For those attending in person, a paper certificate of participation will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event.
For those attending via Zoom webinar, a paper certificate will be mailed upon request after the administrative office confirms your attendance history.
[Regarding the Handling of Personal Information]
The handling of personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with the Keio University "Basic Policy Concerning Protection of Personal Information," its related regulations, and the "Notice Concerning Personal Information at the Keio University School of Medicine and Keio University Hospital."
