We are pleased to announce the 134th Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Seminar.
The 134th seminar will be held in a hybrid format (Zoom webinar and in-person at the Crystal Room, B1 Floor, Hyatt Regency Tokyo). Pre-registration is required, so please review the details below and register as soon as possible.
[Important Notes]
・After the seminar, bento boxes will be distributed to in-person attendees. You may take them home or eat them in the venue until 7:30 p.m.
・Hand sanitizer will be available at the venue. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining thorough hand hygiene, such as when entering the room.
・Please note that this seminar will not be recorded or streamed on demand.

How to Register
*Please note that participation in this event is limited to the individuals listed below. We may have to decline applications from those who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University affiliated and referred hospitals, and Tokyo Metropolitan Area Medical Associations.
*Registration Deadline: Sunday, October 20. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.

After registering, you will receive the Zoom viewing URL from the administrative office within one week. Your registration is considered complete upon receipt of this URL.

[Regarding the Issuance of Certificates of Participation for the Japan Medical Association Continuing Medical Education System]
For in-person attendees, a paper certificate of participation will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event.
For those attending via Zoom webinar, a paper certificate will be mailed upon request after the administrative office has confirmed your attendance history.
