Announcement of the 132nd Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Education and Training Seminar (for Physicians)

We are pleased to announce the 132nd Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Education and Training Seminar.

The 132nd seminar will be held in a hybrid format (via Zoom webinar and in person at the International Conference Hall on the 2nd floor of Keidanren Kaikan). Advance registration is required, so please review the information below and register as soon as possible.

■ Important Notes for Participation

・Individuals with symptoms such as fever (1°C or more above normal, or 37.5°C or higher), cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny or stuffy nose, loss of taste or smell, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea, or vomiting.

【Other Important Information】

・After the seminar, bento boxes will be distributed to in-person attendees. You may take it home or eat it at the venue until 7:00 p.m.

・Hand sanitizer will be available at the venue. We ask for your cooperation in practicing thorough hand hygiene, such as upon entering the room.

・Please note that this seminar will not be recorded or streamed on demand.

※ Please note that participation in this event is limited to the individuals listed below. We may have to decline applications from those who do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University-affiliated and referral hospitals, and Tokyo Metropolitan Area Medical Associations.

※ Registration deadline: Sunday, February 4. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.

After registration, the administrative office will send you the Zoom viewing URL within one week. Your registration is complete upon receipt of the Zoom viewing URL.

【Issuance of Japan Medical Association Lifelong Medical Education Program Certificates of Participation】

For those attending in person, a paper certificate of participation will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event.

For those attending via Zoom webinar, a paper certificate of participation will be mailed to those who request it after the administrative office has confirmed their attendance history.

The handling of personal information will be managed appropriately in accordance with the Keio University "Basic Policy Concerning Protection of Personal Information," its related regulations, and the "Notice Concerning Personal Information at Keio University School of Medicine and Keio University Hospital," and will not be used for any other purpose.
