We are now accepting nominations for candidates for the Sanshikai Award (Kitasato Award and Kitajima Award), to be presented at the Kitasato Memorial Ceremony, as detailed below.
We kindly request your nomination of any eligible candidates.
Details
1. Nomination Requirements
This award is the highest academic award in the School of Medicine. Desirable candidates are those who have achieved internationally recognized research accomplishments,
are expected to achieve further development and success in the future, and are poised to lead the next generation.
・Kitasato Award: For outstanding achievements in basic research and translational research for clinical application.
・Kitajima Award: For outstanding achievements in clinical medicine and clinical research.
2. Number of Recipients
A small number of recipients.
3. Candidate Eligibility
Members of the Sanshikai (regardless of whether they are affiliated with Keio University).
4. Required Documents
(1) Letter of nomination for the candidate ( prescribed_form.zip , A3 size)
(2) Curriculum vitae ( prescribed_form.zip , with photo attached, A3 size)
(3) List of achievements (any format, double-sided printing)
・Please extract achievements relevant to the research being considered for the award.
・List all co-authors without omission.
・While conference presentations may be included, they are limited to special lectures and symposia.
(4) Offprints of representative papers related to the research topic (up to five).
5. Number of Copies to Submit
One original and twelve copies (of all required documents).
*Please assemble items (1) through (4) in order to form one complete set, and arrange the copies in the same format.
6. Submission Deadline
Must be received by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, April 27, 2023 (for submissions by mail or in person).
7. Award Ceremony
The award ceremony will be held during the Kitasato Memorial Ceremony on Monday, June 12, 2023.
Please note that recipients are required to attend the award ceremony.
