The 129th Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Seminar will be held.

The 129th seminar will be held in person at the venue with thorough infection control measures in place. It will not be streamed online. Advance registration is required, so please review the information below and register as soon as possible.

■ Important Notes for Participation

*Please refrain from participating if you fall into any of the following categories.

(1) Individuals with symptoms such as fever (1°C or more above your normal temperature, or 37.5°C or higher), cough, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny/stuffy nose, loss of taste or smell, joint or muscle pain, diarrhea, or nausea/vomiting.

(2) Individuals who are under a home quarantine period as stipulated by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare or quarantine stations.

(3) Individuals who are under a home quarantine period for being a close contact.

[Other Important Information]

・Please wear a mask at all times inside the venue.

・Hand sanitizer will be available at the venue. Please cooperate in practicing thorough hand hygiene, such as upon entering the room.

・Please note that this seminar will not be recorded or streamed.

How to Register

*Please note that participation in this seminar is limited to the individuals listed below. We may have to decline applications from those who do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University-affiliated and referral hospitals, and Tokyo metropolitan area medical associations.

*Registration Deadline: Sunday, February 19. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.

[Issuance of Japan Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Program Certificate of Participation]

A paper certificate of participation will be distributed at the venue on the day of the event.
