In response to COVID-19, the 126th seminar will be held online as a Zoom webinar. Prior registration is required, so please check the details below and register as soon as possible.

How to Register
* Please note that participation in this event is limited to the following individuals. We may have to decline applications from those who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University-affiliated and referral hospitals, and Tokyo Metropolitan Area Medical Associations
* Registration Deadline: Sunday, February 6. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will close once capacity is reached.

After completing your registration, a URL for participation will be sent to you automatically.

For those who wish to receive one, a physical certificate of participation will be mailed after the administrative office confirms your attendance history.
