The 125th Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Seminar will be held.
In response to COVID-19, the 125th seminar will be held online as a Zoom webinar. Prior registration is required, so please check the details below and register as soon as possible.

How to Register
*Note: Participation in this event is limited to the individuals listed below. We may have to decline applications from those who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University-affiliated and referral hospitals, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association.
*Note: Application deadline: Sunday, October 17. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close once capacity is reached.

Your registration is finalized once you have completed this step.
After your registration is complete, a unique participation URL will be automatically sent to you.

[Issuance of Japan Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Program Certificate of Participation]
For those who request it, a physical certificate of participation will be mailed after the office confirms your attendance history.
