The Kitasato Memorial Ceremony, which is held annually on June 12, will be canceled this year due to the expanding impact of the novel coronavirus disease. The recipients of the Sanshikai Awards (the Kitasato Award and the Kitajima Award) will be announced on the Sanshikai website.
