The 122nd Keio University School of Medicine Continuing Medical Education Seminar will be held.

In response to COVID-19, the 122nd seminar will be held online as a Zoom webinar. Pre-registration is required, so please check the details below and register as soon as possible.

How to Register

*Please note that participation in this event is limited to the individuals listed below. We may have to decline applications from those who are not eligible.

Physicians affiliated with the Keio University School of Medicine, Sanshikai, Keio Medical Association, Keio University affiliated and referred hospitals, and the Tokyo Metropolitan Medical Association.

*Application Deadline: Sunday, October 4. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis, and registration will close once capacity is reached.

After this initial registration, the office will send you the URL for the Zoom webinar "Participant Registration Page" within a few days.

*Please note that it may take several days for the URL to be sent.

Please complete your registration on the Zoom webinar "Participant Registration Page" sent by the office.

Your application is considered complete once you have registered on the participant registration page.

After completing your registration, a participation URL will be automatically sent to you.

For those who request it, a paper certificate of participation will be mailed after the office confirms your attendance.
