Request for Support for the Promotion and Development of Medical Research
The Keio University School of Medicine and Hospital integrate basic and clinical sciences, and have consistently worked on the research and development of advanced medical care since their establishment. We ask for your support in promoting and developing medical research with an eye toward the future of humanity.
Designated Donations to Individual Departments
If you are considering supporting a specific department, please proceed via the information below.
Purpose
To promote research activities in various departments at the Keio University School of Medicine and Hospital.

Application Method
1. When applying for a donation, please submit the "Donation Application Form*" to the Office of Research Development and Sponsored Projects (you may send it by mail or bring it in person).

*Notes regarding the completion of the Donation Application Form
① Please enter the amount of the donation.
② For the designation of use, please enter, for example, "As research funds for Professor △△△ of the Department of ○○○, School of Medicine."
③ Please circle the payment method. If paying by bank transfer and the schedule is decided, please enter the date.
④ For corporations, please affix your corporate seal. Also, please provide the contact information for the person in charge.
⑤ Mita-hyoron (official monthly journal published by Keio University Press) is a monthly magazine published by Keio University. If you circle "1. Publish," your name and the donation amount will be listed.
⑥ If making multiple donations, please affix a seal to each Donation Application Form. If you would like the Donation Application Form sent to you, please provide your email address and we will send it to you.
⑦ Please note that there are separate Donation Application Forms for corporations and individuals.
⑧ Faculty and staff are requested to refrain from making donations to their own affiliated departments.
⑨ Special tax credit measures do not apply to donations made at the time of a child's admission to the school.
2. Regarding payment, the Office of Research Development and Sponsored Projects will not send bank transfer requests or transfer forms other than the Donation Application Form.
3. Once the payment is received, the Keio University Office of Fund Raising will later send a donation receipt and the documents necessary for tax reduction/exemption measures.
