3. Benefits

  • Salary (Annual): Approx. 2.65 million yen (excluding night shift allowance), including social insurance, employees' pension, employment insurance, and workers' compensation

  • Dormitory available (32 rooms total, determined by lottery, cost is 22,000 to 61,200 yen per month, shared by medical and dental residents)

8. Selection Venue

Keio University Shinanomachi Campus (Specific location will be communicated to applicants)

9. Eligibility

  • Those who have passed the 119th National Dental Practitioner Examination or any National Dental Practitioner Examination from the 108th onwards

  • Individuals whose training placement has already been decided through the Dental Clinical Training Matching on Thursday, October 23, 2025, are not eligible to apply.

10. About the Application

The application process is completed entirely online.

Please note that the following environment is required for web entry:

1) Must have an email address (mobile phone email addresses are not accepted)

2) Must have Adobe Reader installed

3) Must be able to save PDF files containing personal information

11. Application Documents

Please register the following information through the web entry system. All application documents should be confirmed via the web entry system.

  1. Basic information (including photo) (Photo must be front-facing from the chest up, without a hat; men must wear a tie). Please ensure you enter the start and end dates (including expected dates) for the education and work history sections. (Example: Enrolled Month/Year, Expected Graduation Month/Year)

  2. Supplementary information (prescribed format, 1 A4 page)

  3. Transcript of records (copy)

  4. Certificate of expected graduation (copy)

  5. CBT Common Achievement Test results (score) (copy)

*Please use the Western calendar for all dates.

*All items in (1) Basic Information are mandatory. Please note that missing items will cause an error during upload.

*Some application documents will require the submission of originals after the hiring decision is made, so please keep the originals in a safe place.

*Personal information submitted will not be used for any purpose other than business operations.
