Regarding the Issuance of Certificates of Acceptance

We issue Certificates of Acceptance to those who have passed the entrance examination. The fees are as follows.

Cannot be issued after March, following the completion of enrollment procedures.

Application Method

In-Person Application

Please fill out the application form at the Law School Office, Office of Student Services, 1st floor of the South Building, and purchase the necessary revenue stamps for the required fee.

The certificate will be issued in the afternoon of the next business day, so please apply with ample time.

Additionally, you will need to present personal identification to receive the certificate.

*Office Hours: Weekdays 8:45–16:45 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays)*

Application by Mail

Please enclose the required documents listed below and mail them to the designated address.

Required Documents

  1. A copy of your personal identification

  2. Application form (designated form)※If you are unable to print the form, please enclose a memo with the information required on the designated form.

  3. Fee

    Please pay with a postal money order (left blank) issued by Japan Post within Japan, or with cash (Japanese yen). If paying with cash, please send it via registered mail for cash (genkin kakitome).

  4. Self-addressed stamped envelope: Write your name and address on it and affix a stamp.

    [Note] Please pay attention to the postage amount.

    The address must be your own.

    The certificate is A4 size.

    Return envelope size: For a certificate folded in three, use a Nagagata 3 envelope (23.5 × 12 cm).

    If you wish to have the certificate returned unfolded, please provide a non-standard size envelope.

    Please note that we do not accept return methods other than standard mail (e.g., registered mail, courier services).

    Please be aware that if there are any deficiencies in the information provided or documents submitted, the certificate will be issued only after confirmation is complete.
