"Future Ways of Working and Hiring---Exploring Trends in Law and Practice---"
It has been almost five years since the revised laws related to the much-talked-about "Work Style Reform" came into effect. What changes have you seen in your workplace? However, over the past five years, there have been various new developments in laws and policies concerning ways of working. It seems that updates in various aspects will continue to be essential for both employees and employers. In this lecture series, we will first summarize and follow up on the "Work Style Reform" and then introduce the latest trends in law and practice concerning the employment of foreign nationals and human resources and labor management.
