Issuance of Certificate of Acceptance

We issue Certificates of Acceptance to those who have passed the entrance examination. The fees are as follows.

■ In-Person Application

Please fill out the application form at the Law School counter on the 1st floor of the South Building, Office of Student Services, and purchase the required amount of revenue stamps.

Please apply with ample time, as certificates will be issued on the afternoon of the next business day or later.

You will also need to present your personal identification to receive the certificate.

*Office Hours: Weekdays 8:45 AM–4:45 PM (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)*

■ Mail Application

Please mail your application with the required documents listed below to the designated address.

1. A copy of your personal identification

*If you cannot print the form, please enclose a memo with the information required on the designated form.

3. Fee

By a blank postal money order issued by Japan Post within Japan or by cash (in Japanese yen).

If paying with cash, please send it via registered mail for cash ("genkin kakitome").

4. Return envelope: Write your name and address on it and affix a stamp.

[Note] Please be careful about the postage fee.

・"In care of" addresses are not acceptable. The envelope must be addressed directly to you.

・The certificate is A4 size.

・Return envelope size: For a certificate folded in three, use a Chou-gata 3 envelope (23.5 × 12 cm),

or if you wish to receive the certificate unfolded, please provide a non-standard size envelope.

・Please note that we do not accept return methods other than standard mail (e.g., registered mail, courier services).

・Please be aware that if there are any omissions or incomplete documents, the certificate will be issued only after confirmation is complete.
