◆ Regarding Registration of Emergency Contact Information and the Working Professional Survey

After logging into the new student system for the first time, a form will be displayed to confirm your current address and phone number and to register your emergency contact information (cell phone number and email address) and items for the working professional survey. Please follow the on-screen instructions and complete the registration by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2021. Registration is mandatory for all prospective students. Please note that you will not be able to access the various content until your registration is complete. (Please use this screen to update your information if your address changes before the end of March.)

The contact information you register will be used as your emergency contact, so please ensure it is accurate. Please also note that the Office of Student Services cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages related to course registration, such as failing to be enrolled in an elective course, due to failure to complete this registration procedure.
