To All Incoming Students
Regarding the New Student Guidance for the Professional Legal Training Program Scheduled for March 5
Keio University Law School
We hope this message finds all incoming students well as you prepare for your enrollment.
Due to the current situation with COVID-19, Keio University Law School has decided to hold the new student guidance for the Professional Legal Training Program, originally scheduled for March 5 (including the afternoon information session and individual consultations planned for that day), online via on-demand viewing. While we would normally hold an in-person guidance session to provide various explanations directly, we ask for your understanding as this measure is being taken to prevent the spread of infection. The content of the guidance will be supplemented by various videos and materials uploaded to the Law School's dedicated menu for new students, as well as by the guidance session scheduled for April 1. Please be sure to check the login system for new students on or after March 5. (We will post an announcement on the Keio LS website when it becomes available.)

On March 5, materials will be distributed from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM in front of the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building at Mita Campus. Please pick up your materials. If you are unable to do so due to unavoidable circumstances, you can receive them by following the method described on page 4 of the "Information for 2021 Incoming Students" document, found in the "■ Confirmation of Required Documents and Downloadable Materials" section of the web enrollment procedure site. (Please note that the deadline to apply for delivery by cash-on-delivery mail is March 4 (must be received by this date).)
Please send any questions or concerns regarding the distributed materials or enrollment to the following email address.

Finally, please note that the pre-course on Civil and Criminal Law for the program for students without a legal background, scheduled for Saturday, March 6, has also been canceled.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
