◆ Regarding Registration of Emergency Contact Information and the Working Professional Survey

After you log in to the new student system for the first time, a form will appear for you to confirm your current address and phone number, and to register your emergency contact information (cell phone number, email address) and complete the working professional survey. Please follow the on-screen instructions and be sure to complete your registration by 10:00 a.m. on Monday, March 9, 2020. Registration is mandatory for all prospective students. Please be aware that you will not be able to access the various content until this registration is complete. (If your address or other information changes before the end of March, please update it on this screen.)

The contact information you register will be used for emergencies, so please ensure it is accurate. Please note that the Office of Student Services cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages related to course registration, such as not being selected for an elective course in the lottery, that may result from a failure to complete this registration procedure.
