To All Concerned
Cancellation of the Guidance for New Students of the Professional Legal Program Scheduled for March 2
Keio University Law School
We trust that all prospective students are preparing for their enrollment.
In light of the current situation regarding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), Keio University Law School has decided to cancel the guidance for new students of the Professional Legal Program scheduled for March 2 (including the afternoon information session and individual consultations scheduled for the same day). While we would normally hold a guidance session to provide various explanations, we ask for your understanding, as this measure is intended to prevent the spread of infection. The content of the guidance will be supplemented by various distributed materials, materials uploaded to the Law School's dedicated menu for new students, and the guidance session scheduled for April 2.
Please note that on March 2, materials will be distributed from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in front of Classroom 2B23 on the second basement floor of the South Building at Mita Campus. We ask that you pick up the materials if possible. If you are unable to pick them up due to unavoidable circumstances, you can receive them by the method described on page 4 of the "Information for Prospective Students for the 2020 Academic Year" document sent in November. (Please note that the application deadline for requesting delivery by cash-on-delivery mail has been changed to 12:00 p.m. on March 2).
Please send any questions or concerns regarding the distributed materials or your enrollment to the email address below.

Finally, the preliminary lectures on Civil Code and Criminal Code for students in the course for those without a legal background, scheduled for Tuesday, March 3, have also been canceled.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
