We are issuing a correction to a part of the Second Enrollment Procedure Guidelines for April 2019 enrollment.
Correction:
P. 4 (6) Certificate of Graduation and Academic Transcript (Not required to be in a sealed envelope)
Correct:
・If you are unable to submit the certificates during the second enrollment procedure period (e.g., if you are still enrolled in university at the time of the second procedure), please write the date you will be able to submit them in the "Other Information" section on the back of the designated return envelope (light blue)...
Incorrect:
・If you are unable to submit the certificates during the second enrollment procedure period (e.g., if you are still enrolled in university at the time of the second procedure), please write the date you will be able to submit them in the notes section of the separate sheet, "Notification Form for Submission of Second Enrollment Procedure Documents"...
