◆ Regarding Registration of Emergency Contact Information and the Survey for Working Professionals

After you log into the system for new students for the first time, a form will be displayed to confirm your current address and phone number and to register your emergency contact information (cell phone number and email address) and complete the survey for working professionals. Please follow the on-screen instructions and be sure to complete your registration by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 10, 2017. Registration is mandatory for all prospective students. Please note that you will not be able to access the various content until your registration is complete. (Please use this screen to update your information for any changes, such as a change of address, until the end of March.)

The contact information you register will be used as your emergency contact information, so please ensure it is entered correctly. Please also note that the Office of Student Services cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages related to course registration, such as not being selected for an elective course, resulting from failure to complete this registration procedure.
