◆ Regarding Registration of Emergency Contact Information and the Working Professional Survey

After logging into the new student system for the first time, a form will be displayed for you to confirm your current address and phone number, register your emergency contact information (cell phone number and email address), and complete the working professional survey. Please follow the on-screen instructions and be sure to complete your registration by 10:00 a.m. on Friday, March 13, 2016. Registration is mandatory for all prospective students. Please note that you will not be able to access the various content until your registration is complete. (If your address changes before the end of March, please update it on this screen.)

The contact information you register will be used for emergencies, so please ensure it is accurate. Please note that the Office of Student Services cannot be held responsible for any disadvantages related to course registration, such as failing to be enrolled in an elective course through the lottery system, that result from a failure to complete this registration procedure.
