Currently, there are various discussions on the development of legal systems, including constitutional debates over security legislation, as well as issues concerning the Civil Code, the Companies Act, and the EU's economic problems. In this lecture series, full-time faculty members from the Keio University Law School will take up recent significant legal issues and provide an easy-to-understand explanation of the current state of "Law" and "Jurisprudence" based on cutting-edge knowledge of legal theory and practice. We recommend this lecture series to a wide range of individuals, including those interested in recent legal issues, those engaged in legal work at companies or law firms, and those considering law school as one of their options.
