"Bridging Theory and Practice: Toward the Resolution of Nuclear Damage Compensation Disputes"
Purpose: As part of the Japan Association of Environmental Law and Policy's mission to advance environmental law and policy, this event aims to provide a forum where law school graduates, prospective legal apprentices, and association members can come together to recognize the realities and importance of issues related to environmental law and discuss specific challenges.
Overview: This symposium will address the pressing issue of nuclear damage compensation disputes, examining it from various perspectives toward a resolution.
