[Application Results] Approval of Registration for Non-Degree Students (For Credit) and Alumni (Special Access) (Fall 2021 Semester)

All applicants who submitted their applications for "Non-Degree Student (For Credit) and Alumni (Special Access)" for the Fall 2021 semester during the first application period (must arrive between Tuesday, September 7 and Tuesday, September 14) have been approved for enrollment.

All applicants who submitted during the second application period (must arrive between Wednesday, September 15 and Wednesday, September 22) have also

been approved for enrollment under their desired status.

Please review the procedures below and prepare accordingly.

[Distribution of Student ID Cards (First-Period Applicants)]

Student ID cards will be distributed in person only, starting from 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 24, 2021, at the Law School counter of the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building.

If you wish to receive your ID card by mail, please send the required documents and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Law School section of the Office of Student Services.

The mailing address is the same as for the application form.

[Distribution of Student ID Cards (Second-Period Applicants)]

Student ID cards will be distributed in person only, starting from 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 1, 2021, at the Law School counter of the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building.

If you wish to receive your ID card by mail, please send the required documents and a self-addressed stamped envelope to the Law School section of the Office of Student Services.

[Documents to Submit Before Receiving Your Student ID Card]

◆ Written Pledge (to be submitted by all)

Please complete, sign, and seal this Pledge.pdf and submit it to the Office of Student Services either in person or by registered mail.

*The course fee subsidy (38,500 yen) for "Recent Case Law Studies I (Westlaw Japan Endowed Course)" will be transferred by the end of the fall semester (March 31, 2022) to the designated bank account specified on the Bank Transfer Account Registration Form within the Written Pledge, after we confirm submission from eligible individuals.

◆ Certificate of Bank Transfer Receipt and revenue stamps: for 78,500 yen (Non-Degree Students (For Credit) only)

*The bank transfer form has been mailed to the address provided on your application. If you have not received it by Thursday, September 30, please notify the Office of Student Services by email.

*If you are submitting revenue stamps, please purchase them from the vending machine inside the Office of Student Services on the B1 floor of the South School Building or on the B1 floor of the Graduate School Building, and bring them to the Office of Student Services counter on the 1st floor of the South Building. (Bring the stamps without affixing them. Please try to purchase the fewest number of stamps possible.)

◆ Self-addressed stamped envelope (Only for those who wish to receive their student ID card by mail)

Please write your name and address on the envelope and affix 404 yen worth of stamps.

For each seminar, please confirm the date, time, and classroom in the syllabus and the information below before attending.
