Announcement: Guidance on Legal Apprenticeship by Public Prosecutor Instructors from the Legal Training and Research Institute (Saturday, October 16, 2021)
The results of the 2021 bar examination were announced on September 7, 2021. We commend all who took the exam for their hard work. And to those who passed, our sincerest congratulations.
As you look ahead to the upcoming Legal Apprenticeship, we will be holding a Guidance on Legal Apprenticeship led by public prosecutor instructors from the Legal Training and Research Institute, as detailed in the [Guidance Overview] below.
This guidance offers a valuable opportunity to make practical preparations for the apprenticeship, where you can learn directly from active public prosecutor instructors. The sessions will cover the latest apprenticeship schedule ("Overview of the Apprenticeship"), the fundamental principles and specific writing methods for prosecutorial documents based on concrete examples ("How to Draft Prosecutorial Documents"), and the issues that arise in specific cases and the investigations required to resolve them ("Investigation Exercises"). This has consistently been a valuable opportunity for practical preparation. Therefore,we especially encourage those scheduled to begin the 2022 Legal Apprenticeship to attend.
Furthermore, graduates and current students are also welcome to participatein this guidance.
We encourage you to participate actively to stay updated on the latest information and enhance your skills.
