[To all applicants for Alumni (Special Access) for the Spring Semester 2020]
Due to the spread of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), there will be a period during which self-study rooms, classrooms, and group study rooms will be unavailable for use.
We would like to inform you that we will be accepting withdrawals for those who wish to decline their status as Alumni (Special Access) for this term, only if the request is submitted during the period specified below.
Withdrawal Request Period: Until 3:00 PM, March 30 (must be received by this time)
How to Apply: By email only. Please send an email to the address below with the subject line "Cancellation of Alumni (Special Access)" and include (1) your student ID number from the Fall Semester 2019 and (2) your full name in the body of the email.

Further procedures, refund methods, etc., will be communicated to applicants by email at a later date.

[Application Results] Regarding Registration Approval for Alumni (Special Access) (Spring Semester 2020)
All those who submitted an application for "Alumni (Special Access)" for the Spring Semester 2020 have been approved for enrollment.

This is an announcement regarding Alumni (Special Access) status, available from April 2020, for graduates of this law school who were enrolled as Alumni (Special Access) or Non-Degree Student (For Credit) in the Fall Semester 2019.
The application guidelines also include information for law school graduates about the Non-Degree Student (For Credit) program, which allows auditing of certain courses starting from June, although the application periods differ.
