Alumni who applied to be Special Students (Non-Degree Students (For Credit)) for the Spring Semester 2019 have been accepted. Please bring the following items to the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building between 8:45 a.m. and 4:45 p.m. on weekdays from Monday, June 3 to Friday, June 7. We will issue your new student ID card and a notification of your locker number, etc.
*Note: Applicants for the summer program will be contacted individually as soon as the selection results are finalized.
Items to Submit When Receiving Your Student ID Card
◆ Presentation of your ID
*Note: Those who were enrolled as Alumni (Special Access) until the end of May must bring that student ID card.
◆ Submission of the written pledge (required for all students)
Please fill in the required information, sign or affix your seal, and submit this form at the counter.
◆ Revenue stamps: Registration fee of 40,000 yen + Auditing fee of 36,000 yen per credit
*Note: Please purchase revenue stamps for the remaining amount from the vending machine located in the Office of Student Services on the B1 floor of the South School Building and bring them to the Office of Student Services counter on the 1st floor of the South Building. (Do not affix the stamps; bring them as they are. Please try to purchase as few individual stamps as possible.)
*Note: For students auditing Research Paper courses and the Westlaw Japan endowed courses starting in June, a subsidy for the auditing fee (up to 36,000 yen per person per credit/course) will be transferred within this academic year to the bank account designated on the Bank Transfer Account Registration form included in the written pledge. This transfer will be made after we confirm that all eligible students have submitted their pledges and is conditional upon earning the course credits.
