We will issue your new student ID card and a notification with your locker number, etc.
*Note: Applicants wishing to participate in the Summer Program will be contacted individually as soon as the selection results are finalized.
[Items to Submit When Receiving Your Student ID Card]
◆ Presentation of your ID
*Note: Those who were enrolled as Alumni (Special Access) until the end of May must bring that student ID card.
◆ Submission of the Written Pledge (required for all)
Please complete, sign, and stamp the form and submit it at the counter.
◆ Revenue Stamps: Registration fee of 40,000 yen + Course fee of 35,000 yen per credit
*Note: Please purchase revenue stamps for the remaining fee amount from the vending machine inside the Office of Student Services on the B1 floor of the South School Building and bring them to the Office of Student Services counter on the 1st floor of the South Building. (Do not affix the stamps; bring them as they are. Please try to purchase the stamps in a way that minimizes the number of individual sheets.)
*Note: For students auditing the Research Paper and courses in the Westlaw Japan Endowed Lecture series starting in June, a subsidy for the course fee (up to 35,000 yen per person for one credit/course) will be transferred by the end of the spring semester (September 21, 2018) to the designated account you provide on the Bank Transfer Account Registration Form within the Written Pledge. This is conditional upon earning the credits and will be processed after we confirm submission of the Written Pledge from all eligible students.
