We are pleased to announce that alumni who applied to be Special Students (Non-Degree Student (For Credit)) for the Spring 2017 semester have been accepted. Please bring the following items to the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building from Thursday, June 1 to Thursday, June 8, on weekdays from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. We will issue your new student ID card and a notification with your locker number, etc.
[Items to Submit When Receiving Your Student ID Card]
◆ Present your identification
*Those who were enrolled as Alumni (Special Access) until the end of May must bring their student ID card.
◆ Submit your written pledge (required for all students)
Please complete, sign, and seal this Pledge_Non-Degree_Student_2017_Spring.pdf.pdf as appropriate and submit it at the counter.
◆ Revenue Stamps: Registration fee of 40,000 yen + Auditing fee of 35,000 yen per credit
*Please purchase revenue stamps for the remaining fees from the revenue stamp vending machine inside the Office of Student Services on the B1 floor of the South School Building and bring them to the Office of Student Services counter on the 1st floor of the South Building. (Bring the stamps as they are without affixing them. Please try to purchase the fewest number of stamp stickers possible.)
*For students auditing Research Paper and Globalization-related courses (Westlaw Japan endowed courses), a subsidy for the auditing fee (up to 35,000 yen per person for one credit/course) will be transferred to the designated bank account provided in the bank transfer registration form within your written pledge. This transfer will be made by the end of the spring semester (September 21, 2017), on the condition that you earn the credits and after we have confirmed the submission of written pledges from all eligible students.
