About the Content of the Legal Apprenticeship and "Dynamic Fact-Finding"
~Apprenticeship Guidance by Current Prosecutor Instructors from the Legal Training and Research Institute~

3. Speakers Approximately six prosecutor instructors from the Legal Training and Research Institute
4. Content * Explanation of the Legal Apprenticeship (prosecutor training program), the work of a prosecutor, etc.
* Discussion of current events and introductory lecture
(Includes Q&A session), etc.
5. Eligibility Those who have completed the bar examination
* Open to all (No prior registration is required)
* Why not come and listen to prosecutor instructors from the Legal Training and Research Institute explain "dynamic fact-finding"—an essential skill for legal practitioners, especially litigators—while examining case studies? This is also an excellent opportunity to hear directly from and ask questions to prosecutor instructors about the content and approach to the Legal Apprenticeship (especially the prosecutor training program), and the specific duties and scope of work for prosecutors, which extend beyond criminal cases. The session is expected to offer practical content suitable for boosting your motivation for the Legal Apprenticeship that begins right after passing the exam and for helping you decide on your career path as a legal professional. Therefore,regardless of whether you aspire to be a prosecutor, please feel free to join us.
* After the guidance session, we plan to hold asocial gathering(fee: approx. 3,000 yen) attended by theprosecutor instructorsandnewly appointed prosecutors who are alumni of this law school.
