Financial Law Seminar
1. Date and Time: Saturday, September 24, 2016, 9:00 a.m. to noon
2. Location: Mita Campus, South Building, Basement 1, Classroom 2B11
3. Instructor: Mami Ikebukuro
4. Target Audience: Those who have passed the bar examination (approx. 30 participants)
*If there are too many applicants, participants will be selected by lottery. In light of the content, priority may be given to those who have not taken the Financial Law BP/WP.
5. Purpose
While financial law is based on the knowledge and concepts of civil and commercial law, we believe many of you may not be very familiar with it from your studies so far. As you are about to begin your legal apprenticeship and are developing a deeper interest in practical matters, we hope this seminar will serve as an introduction and spark your interest in financial law/finance.

What is "Securitization"?
The Role of a Vehicle
Real Estate Securitization using a GK-TK Structure
*This will cover the introductory portion of the Financial Law BP/WP lectures taught by Mami Ikebukuro.
*A simple handout will be distributed on the day of the seminar.
