All applicants who submitted their applications for "Non-Degree Student (For Credit)" and "Alumni (Special Access)" for the Fall 2016 Semester during the second application period (from Tuesday, September 20 to 10:00 AM on Friday, September 30) have been approved for enrollment in their desired status.
Please review the procedures below and proceed with your preparations.
[Distribution of Student ID Cards]
Starting from Wednesday, October 5, 2016, student ID cards will be distributed in person only at the Law School counter of the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building.
[Items to Submit When Receiving Your Student ID Card]
◆ Submission of the Written Pledge (Required for all students)
Please fill out, sign, and affix your seal to the Pledge_Special_Students_2016_Fall.pdf.pdf and submit it to the counter.
*Note: The course fee subsidy (37,500 yen) for "Recent Case Law Studies I (WL Endowed Course)" will be transferred by the end of the fall semester (March 31, 2017) to the designated bank account specified on the Bank Transfer Account Registration form included in the written pledge. This will be done after confirming submission from all eligible students.
◆ Revenue Stamps: 77,500 yen worth (For Non-Degree Students (For Credit) only)
*Please purchase revenue stamps for the remaining fee amount from the vending machine inside the Office of Student Services on the B1 floor of the South School Building or on the B1 floor of the Graduate School Building, and bring them to the Office of Student Services counter on the 1st floor of the South Building. (Bring the stamps without affixing them. Please try to purchase them in denominations that minimize the total number of stamps.)

Additionally, Non-Degree Students (For Credit) must obtain an ITC account to use the wireless LAN by the first day of the "Recent Case Law Studies" class. (Please apply in person at the Mita ITC counter on the B1 floor of the Graduate School Building, and be sure to bring your student ID card).
