Alumni who applied for the Special Student (Non-Degree Student (For Credit)) program for the Spring Semester 2016 have been accepted for enrollment. Please bring the following items to the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building between Wednesday, June 1 and Wednesday, June 8, on weekdays from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. We will issue your new student ID card and a notification of your locker number, etc.
Items to Submit When Receiving Your Student ID Card
◆ Presentation of identification
*Note: Those who were enrolled as Alumni (Special Access) until the end of May must bring their student ID card.
◆ Submission of a written pledge (required for all students)
Please fill out, affix your seal to, and submit this form at the counter as appropriate.
◆ Revenue stamps: Registration Fee of 40,000 yen + Auditing Fee of 35,000 yen per credit
*Note: Please purchase revenue stamps for the remaining fees from the revenue stamp vending machine inside the Office of Student Services on the B1 floor of the South School Building and bring them to the Office of Student Services counter on the 1st floor of the South Building. (Do not affix the stamps; bring them as they are. Please try to purchase them in a way that minimizes the number of individual stamp seals.)
*Note: For students auditing courses related to globalization, after confirming the submission of the written pledge from all eligible students, the auditing fee subsidy (35,000 yen per course) will be transferred to the designated bank account you provide on the bank transfer account registration form within the written pledge by the end of the spring semester (September 21, 2016).
