Graduates who applied to be a Non-Degree Student (For Credit) for the Spring Semester 2015 have been accepted for enrollment. Please bring the following items to the Office of Student Services on the 1st floor of the South Building between Monday, June 1 and Friday, June 5, on weekdays from 8:45 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. You will be issued your new student ID card and a notification of your locker number, etc.
[Items to Submit When Receiving Your Student ID Card]
◆ Presentation of identification
*Those who were enrolled as Alumni (Special Access) until the end of May must bring their student ID card.
◆ Submission of a written pledge (Required for all students)
Please fill in, complete, and affix your seal to this 誓約書_科目等履修生_2015春.pdf.pdf as appropriate and submit it at the counter.
*As there is also a section for the guarantor's seal, please prepare it in advance.
◆ Revenue stamps: Registration fee of 40,000 yen + Auditing fee of 34,000 yen per credit
*Please purchase revenue stamps for the remaining fees from the revenue stamp vending machine inside the Office of Student Services on the B1 floor of the South School Building and bring them to the Office of Student Services counter on the 1st floor of the South Building. (Bring them as they are without affixing them. Please try to purchase the stamps in a way that minimizes the number of individual stamp stickers.)
*For students auditing globalization-related courses, after confirming the submission of the written pledge from all eligible students, the auditing fee subsidy (34,000 yen per course) will be transferred to the designated bank account you provide in the bank transfer account registration form within the written pledge by the end of the spring semester (September 21, 2015).
