Guidance and Q&A session (approx. 2 hours)
5. Target Audience: Successful candidates of the New Bar Examination
* Open to all (no prior registration required).
* When you become legal apprentices, you will be required to conduct "interrogations" yourselves during your practical training in public prosecution. We imagine many of you may be feeling anxious, wondering, "How do you conduct an interrogation?" Therefore, in the mock interrogation, we will have several participants experience conducting an "interrogation" in the role of a public prosecutor. Afterward, we will hold a Q&A session about the experience with all participants and the public prosecutor instructors to help you get a better idea of what an "interrogation" entails. Additionally, during the guidance session, the public prosecutor instructors will discuss the content of the apprenticeship, the proper mindset, and other topics. They will also answer your candid questions about the apprenticeship, such as "Is attending an autopsy mandatory?" We encourage all successful candidates to feel free to join, regardless of whether you aspire to become a public prosecutor.
* After the session, we plan to hold a social gathering with the participation of the public prosecutor instructors and newly appointed public prosecutors who are graduates of our Law School (LS). (Fee: approx. 3,000 yen).
