The Department of Political Science, Faculty of Law, Keio University held a public symposium that also served as a regular academic exchange with the Department of Political Science and International Studies, Yonsei University, South Korea. The program is as follows.

Regular academic exchanges between the two departments have been held annually since 1992 through mutual visits to both universities. This year, the 28th exchange, was held at Keio University's Mita Campus. In the public symposium, faculty members from both departments participated as presenters and discussants, engaging in lively discussions on the current status and challenges of Japan-South Korea relations, as well as prospects and possibilities for cooperation. With a large audience from both inside and outside the university, the 2019 academic exchange was successfully concluded.
