The regular academic exchange between faculty members of the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Law, Keio University and the Department of Political Science and International Studies, Yonsei University was held on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at the Yonsei University campus in Sinchon, Seoul. This academic exchange is a long-standing program representing the research and educational cooperation between the two universities, and this was the 27th time it was held. From Keio University, five members, Yoshihide Soeya, Yutaka Oishi, Yuichi Hosoya, Isao Miyaoka, and Junya Nishino (titles omitted), visited Korea and participated in the joint symposium, which is the core of the academic exchange. The symposium program was as follows.
